If I pay for a reroll, do I have to take the 2nd one or can I choose between the 2 I rolled?

My only question is, once this is done, what’s next? A caterpie? Something from the chikorita line?

I see the commission ended, but I didn’t get the email that I won even though I was the only bidder. Did my bid not register because it was less than a dollar?
