First of all contact the scammer and call them out. If you paid via PayPal you can try to issue a refund. It’s really sad that this happened to you (assuming what you are saying is true), but this is the issue you should figure out by yourself with a person who sold you the stolen character. You have no rights to use or auction this design. It belongs to the original creator who is also the victim in this situation.

If this is true, which is arguable, that only means that you’ve bought it from a scammer. This character is one of the artist’s main OC’s and Hima had never put it on sale or OTA. This character has a lot of art and belongs to original creator to this day. If you have really been scammed yourself it’s a shame but this character doesn’t belong to anyone except Hima and that’s for sure.
