It's really not the same background. I can also see little differences here and there - though, some of those differences could be due to lack of skill in replicating the pose. Even so, "little differences here and there" is as good as you're going to get in terms of differences when it comes to certain poses. I could probably find hundreds if not thousands of images with this same basic pose, for instance.
I have that issue sometimes when bidding on my desktop. I'll bid and it won't show up, but refreshing the page and bidding again works fine. I think its a site issue.
That's happened to me a lot, too, usually if I've had the tab open for a bit.
If feasible, I would be interested in a direct commission based on this sketch.
