Does anyone know if you can get a custom Yinglet made? Or are they a “closed” species thing where only a select number of people can make and sell them or something similar, or are they just restricted in general?

Alright, this worked last time. I’ve been thinking about trying to get a tomboy lamia character. The right amount of noticeable…detail, toned, short hair (always looks ruffled). Just throwing it into the ether.
