A question says that you cannot sell for more than what you bought, in case if you have extra art, can you sell for more, would it remain the same?

You can't sell the base price of the adopt above the price you paid, the rule does not apply at the arts you pay, exemple if you have a adopt for 5$ but you got a art for 10$, you can sell the character design for 5$ but not above, and with the art if you keep the base price it's will be 15$ But if you have just the adopt for 5$ you can't resell for 6$ or more, I don't know if it's comprehensible 😅
