Sure thing, study whatever art style you find interesting and combine a bunch of them, with time you will get what you want to keep in your art and what ain't looking too good to your taste. The self-bidding thing is usually creators bidding for customers from other platforms (Deviantart/FA/X etc) who don't have accounts on ych.commishes or don't have access to the website, I usually bid from my account and leave a username of a bidder from my DA in my YCH description so everybody can see
Yo, no trouble at all, thanks for liking my stuff, but I don't really think I can give any legit advice xd I guess you just gotta keep drawing since practicing stuff and familiarizing yourself with shapes and forms is a way to go. People actually study/analyze their fav artists rendering styles or just try to copy techs and combine little details you like until it becomes like an accumulation of art styles, just don't be afraid to mess up (?) idk bro I aint that smart about it huhu
