It's 200 for use commercial use ? so if i win the auction with the starting price i not have the commercial right of use it ? (you previously made Secret of the desert who's an alt colors of this one, does we win it too for not copyright issue ?)

do we still own the commercial use if we win the auction (because it say we won all the right of the character) ? or we have to bid 100 minimun for have it ?
