From what I understand it's how often you communicate with others excluding your own auctions? It seems to be higher for buyers rather than sellers from what I've seen (maybe based on the reviews you give to people when your com is finished?) but it's not so much used for sellers who's main "score" is based on satisfaction/testimonies? That's how I've understood it at least.
