On your main account you should be able to click on activity on the top right. On that page it should show a notification from a few days ago that the auction finished. Click on that notification and it will take you to a private message.

I mean the page that opened up when I won the auction. If you go into your activity page on the top right it should show up there. It gives a private chat through this website.
