This is sad i really love your art but i cant commission you for the simple fact of this one line of TOS. "By default, because of my low rates,I reserve the full rights to the artwork. Full rights entail the right to use, publish, re-post and alter the artwork as I wish, as well as selling prints of the artwork. Specifically the selling of prints. As this is my OC in the art and i payed for that art... If you added royalties for me as i own my oc maybe but that's not a practice i support.
Hello there :D Thank you for the feedback. As mentioned in my TOS, the rights can be bought as well but not everyone wants to spend the extra money so this way I can do it more affordably :)
Its a very shady TOS. I will personally dont understand your reasoning or want to do this. To me that is a very bad practice. I for one wont commission anyone with that in there TOS. If you must have it there then add a flat fee to not have it so people at least know what to expect. Something like this should be agreed upon by the owner of the OC and the artist not just in your TOS. I guarantee over half your clients dont even know about this.
