Do you only get the free drawing if we let you keep it as a Mascot or if we pay over 280?

If you allow me to use it as a mascot, then I still have partial rights, and therefore the art with it for my group will be mine. If they pay 280, I will give them to the buyer as well (sorry for the mistakes, I'm a foreigner)

Oh I thought that the buyer still get the free art afterwards of the buyer let you keep her as a Mascot and pays under 280
