Well it not have to look exactly like this. I like the Joke in the Picture, because the sisters like to Prank each other.^^ Well you could show me some examples with Prices. The Canvas would be easy. My version would be the same as the main Picture, you just need to copy/paste it on the Painting and change some Elements. On the Example it is nearly a complete different Celestia. On my it would just be some added overlays (Cake in Face, Minigags, changed Face of the Painter).
