what you just pulled off here is fraud ... i won the auction ... told you what i want and that over and above the price of the auction ... and there is the least i can expect a sketch before i do pay ... you have the right to withdraw from this auction but not without a good reason !!! to share ... everything else is a scam on your customers !!!

If you have not paid, the artist may refuse to work for his own reasons. If the artist wants to work on payment right away, you agree or not.
