what does 'same rules as previous' mean?

I had auctions before and well ,'rules' but more like info ,any species gender allowed ,highest bid is the commission price and you can choose which type of commission you want :)

Alright, sounds good then. I asked because the previous auctions don't appear to show once closed. ^^;
