Hey there, the entire website went down in the middle of our little bid exchange; it sucked! I hope you'll consider re-running the auction, I'm sure we both have much more money to offer!

Gonna be honest, that really sucks. The auction went down very suddenly and frankly suspiciously,, not caring about that makes me lose faith. Best of luck but you've lost a customer permanently.
