"I will not re-publish this drawing +70$": Does this mean our commission will remain private or just the ych-base? Is that if the bid goes over 70$ or that add to the base cost? example: 20$ - lineart with flat color+70$ not re-publish=$90?

hi sorry for long answer initially, I thought like $20 - a linear drawing with a flat color +$70 without re-publishing =$90 but now I thought it looks a bit expensive, usually people don't take this option. So I think it would be more reasonable to just exceed 70 dollars
