These are some wacky ass terms. Charging extra to keep something they own now as private? Also I don't think you know how ownership works. When you sell something and a transaction goes through, you no longer own that thing anymore. The person who bought it is free to do with it whatever they want to within reason and if later down the line they no longer want it, then they are completely free to sell it as they own it, not someone else. That be like if someone bought a car and they were told by the manufacturer they aren't allowed to sell it later to someone else, they are just stuck with it.

Oh and about the resell... I'm the creator. Only i have right to get money with this design. This is my rule you don't need to accept it.

Well I am sure a lot of the artists throughout history would disagree with you. No one should get money from something they no longer own and have no copyright over anymore. That's how pre-owned markets work, the original creator is no longer the owner and doesn't have any rights over the product. If I create something and then sell to someone else, I am no longer in control on what can be done with it since it isn't my property now. Not sure why you're making adopts to sell to other people to own if you're wanting to restrict what they can do with their property.

Only this one option what they can't do with my adoptables. The owner can use her for any other things what they want (no commercial). A lot of artist use this rule so if you wont accept it just roll down and don't bid on this auctions.

Sorry aqua but I have to disagree you After someone sends the payment for that said adopt you sell or put on auction you have no right to say this or that about that adopt anymore You sold it to someone who wants to claim ownership over something or someone and they own it now , it’s there property (art not) After that you have no right to say : you can’t resell her or use her for commercial rights Otherwise the point of a adopts is kinda pointless if you boss them around

I'm sorry but this rule is a purchase condition. You can't change it and when you bid you accept it automatically. If you want to own my art you need to accept it. You have no right to resell my designs. It is simple.

When you purchase something.. anything.. you accept the term and comditions. And the creator decides what is in the contract. You have two choice. Accept it or don't buy. It is in IRL and Online and everywhere.

Then Mabye it’s better for you to not sell adopts then if you treat those adopts still your property even tho someone bought it from you If you don’t do it the acceptable way 99% of people do it legit and don’t be a didk about such things then we don’t accept you in the community Have a good day and learn from you mistakes
