Per my account it says it has autoconfirmation on so I don't get an email :/

I don't know, maybe you should contact tech support? But as far as I know, some emails end up in spam.

I have a ticket in with them since Friday...they haven't responded

you can also write to them on discord hope you can figure out the cause of the problem ^^

I'd still love to be able to commission you if no one else bid on it <3
