This looks interesting! Would a dragon (male) x dark elf / drow (female) be possible for this? If so, can you give an example of how roughly a dragon model would look? Also, would it be possible to change the penetration to anal? (No problem if not, just figured I'd ask!)

Not possible to change penetration. And the YCH apply only to the female. If you want to change the male one, it will cost a bit more. But small changes can be done. For the types, both can be done

Oh, I did not realize that. What would the upcost to have both spots?

well, it depends on how much work i will have. But at least 10$ plus. (Dragons are not the easier type to create, you know?)
