Is there any limit or restrictions to what model or character we want? Like if we wanted an Original Character done as a model would that be possible if we gave you the references for them?

Yes, I create original characters in the form of a 3D model. I also create models of movie and anime characters. The pose, appearance, and clothes are chosen by you.
