Why is this being reported for art theft? I bought this legally from the original artist 4 months ago.

Probably because your resells all have different styles and they aren't labeled as resells so people just assume it is stolen art.

I guess, but I always label my auctions as resell. You can see it underneath the image, in the subtitle of the auction

I wish trust can be put in people to read more than just the title
