If issues like these is seen, then it could be a bug issue which letting mods know of it they could look into it later to fix. Best way to contact mods is on the YCH discord server and Telegram group or you can submit an email. Meanwhile, you and others can simply chat privately in discussion for commissions by using DM's on discord, telegram, or Twitter, if the button still refuses to work.
