Yeah, when you do that, the correct thing to do is to credit the original artist... Even more if you are trying to get money out of it. This looks really bad, looks like u saw my YCH getting lots of bids and you tried to do the same as me to gain some money.

Oh, I'm sorry, I was sitting with a similar idea myself, and I remembered it after seeing your auction, I'll take it away, don't worry

That's okay, thank you for understanding! Next time just credit the artist, I would be okay with you posting this if you had told me with anticipation :(

I mean not to be that guy, but the poses are different enough and the captured and stuffed by goblins thing has appeared plenty before in the past.

I literally did a really similar pose LITERALLY ONE DAY AGO. And it was on the main page all day. Like I said, if u reference poses this similar to another artist u need at least credit them. I don't think I'm asking that much, even more when they are gaining money with this

Are they similar, certainly, but I would only respect they owe some form of credit argument if it was EXACTLY the same. I literally spent 5 minutes on google and found multiple examples of a bound girl getting double or triple plowed by goblins, by your measure since you didn’t come up with this situation first you owe them credit. You would literally need an explicitly unique situation or again and EXACT same pose to make an argument about credit.

Literally every person that saw this situation could tell how similar they are and in the art community you credit other artists... Even more when in a few comments above these the literal artist of this drawing confirmed that it was my pic the one that was used as reference, not a random pic from google If u do that, give credit. It's what I do when I use another art piece as reference, is just a matter of respect in the art community.

I see, that makes sense, so if that’s the case why didn’t you credit Ken Sugimori as the original creator of Galarian Rapidash when you sold one as an adopt less than a week ago? After all, “in the art community you credit other artists...” & “the correct thing to do is to credit the original artist... Even more if you are trying to get money out of it.” As you’ve so beautifully pointed out yourself.

That's your argument? That I don @ the original Pokemon staff??? I'm talking about small artist, the NSFW community, but it shows that you just don't want to understand what I am saying on porpouse. What I said here it's pretty simple and direct to understand, even the artist of this pic understood my point better than you and just said sorry. Tired of talking with someone that only wants to fight when I came here asking for something very simple, credit! I didn't even asked the artist to put down the auction, I was okay with that.

I hear what you’re saying you just can’t see any point of view besides your own is the problem, you feel you deserve credit for inspiring someone, who yes saw your pose and changed it up because they wanted to do it too, but if you’re going to argue you deserve credit, for a situation already popular throughout NSFW media, how can I not suggest the largest scale of credit from there? Nothing was done on your piece that was in of itself completely unique, and this artist changed it up to make it their own, if they did exactly what you did at least then I could understand where your point was from and would have ground to stand on, and would never had messaged in the first place. Honestly it would be arrogant to ask them to take it down so that’s a moot point anyways. I wasn’t starting a fight I was pointing out when it comes down to poses no one owns them, when it comes to situations unless it’s an exact draw over that’s incredibly shaky for ownership.

I know and that why I said from the beggining that there is nothing I can do about it, but I wanted to say what I had in mind anyways and let the artist know how I feel. When I use pose references from other artists (even for non paid stuff, fanart) I do at least a shoutout, that way both artists can help each other and grow instead of look bad between artists. It's really a win win, the ammount of times that I made artist friends just because I credit them on pieces! I could have even share this artist artwork if they let me know about it :/
