You, Trevor, 'rudely' implied that my TOS was too long and exhausting to read, therefor implying that you and potentially others wouldn't bid or buy from me because of that. You do also realize that people read at different speeds, right? And that the commercial use section is for commercial use only? You can skip that part. Yes, you're right, customers of ALL kinds are expected to read my TOS, that's common sense, most if not all artists expect the same decency.
