Hi! You can use her and buy commissionwith her , but the copyright belongs to me. If you want commercial permission you need pay extra! Have you more questions? :-)
Oh! Actually, providing I do get the art if I bid, could I potentially ask for a version of the art with a transparent background of her and the little 'soul' things next to her? I can't edit the art directly as by your rules so I figured I'd ask-
