Hey, I've got a question? Wouldn't it be easier to communicate with the second-to-last person who bid for her? I'm new to the page and I've never seen this happen.

You're probably right, but an issue I had in conjunction with this was someone using a similar account name and my same icon going into directly to people and saying that other people didn't pay up in an attempt to scam others, so I'd rather not take that route after someone else has caused problems.
