Wasn't this design used already before?

I just reply you on Fa, anyway here's a copypaste: Initially I was going to give her away to anyone who claimed her, there were two rules: the claimant had to have one of my adoptables and the first one to claim would take her. Someone claimed, and well the person had not read the first rule, which bothered me xD. Anyway, I decided to keep her and give her a redesign, and now it's here.
