My g/f and I won one of your YCH auctions over 2 1/2 weeks ago and you have yet to initiate any sort of commentary, nor reply when we started asking days later. https://ych.commishes.com/auction/show/27NH/stuck-in-the-woods-slot-a/ Why is there zero contact with you?

You only give a "contact email" on your YCH's, not a "send payment to". Plus, every YCH we've gotten thus far, the artist initiates contact when they're ready, and says where to send the payment when they ask for the references. Because some artists either don't want you to pay until they're ready to work on it; or until they've discussed the commission with you.
