Do our names have to be on the list of bids in order to be put into the raffle or is it a different way?

I had the same problem two days ago and I'm having it again today. I place a bid and it tells me it was "successful", but it doesn't appear on the list. It just fixed itself, and then it unfixed itself again. I don't think there's anything that anyone can do about it.
