"Don't resell." Is not a rule that You can set when it comes to selling goods, unless you are selling a license to use the character for a specified amount of time. If you are selling a character, You are selling all the rights to the character, which means the person that buys it is 100% allowed to resell it (even for a bigger amount of money) that's just how law works.

Oh thats true. Its the first time im trying to sell something like this so I didnt think it through, and what ur saying makes sense. sorry
