What in the... why is the same comment repeated a lot?

The generous answer is, I imagine, that the comment was meant to be sent once but there was an internet error on the users end, so they clicked it a bunch thinking it wasn't sending. The more likely answer is, I'm guessing, general harassment. One comment would be easy enough to ignore, a bunch would be a lot harder.
