Hello! Sorry for asking, how do you manage to accept payments via PayPal? Hypolink is currently having problems with this, is there any way to avoid them?

hello, i have a person that let me use his paypal but about hipolink, i read somewhere that in paypal app on phone you can make a paypal card or something like that and you can pay via this card but i dont really know how it works, also i thought about donationalerts, i dont know much about this beside that a lot of streamers use it ^^
