I'm fairly new to adopts, so I'm not sure what a custom adopt would entail yet, but I guess it would be designing a character with certain themes/characteristics that you ask for, if that's the case then yeah! I love designing, and if you can tell me how custom adopts normally work I'd really appreciate it :)
