If it was throught paypal, I think you can ask for a refund on the app. also, report the user on the discord server, so they can ban them

damnn, that's an issue, I'm sorry this happened to you:(

It was a bunch of YCHs, over a long period of time, and I found out today I was blocked by them on discord, I cannot get a refund due to boost being boosty, am out $325, have no idea how to fix or even deal with this, and if anything, I am unable to deal with this and am now just a cautionary tale. Kind of ruined my ability to even really trust artists without holding onto my money until everything is done... I can't even get onto the YCH discord because I keep getting an error from my device.

i’m so sorry this happened to you, the best you can do is report this artist (you can ask a friend or someone if them can do this for you since you mention you are getting an error from your device), these scam artist are the worst cause them are ruining the trust of a lot of people to honest artist, I hope you can solve this problem:(

The thing is, they did produce results for a while. Like I got at least 10 Pieces back from them, saw WIPs, and was kept up to date. They just...stopped one day. Then disappeared.

that makes the situation a little bit more worse or strange, (also this is one of my biggest fears when I take a comm, sometimes It takes me more time and I'm worried about looking like a scammer artist, even more when I receive the full payment immediately)

I am an incredibly patient person. I know art can take time. I check in frequently with any artist I pay. What I do not enjoy, is realizing an artist, who I built what I believed was a good working relationship with just disappeared on me, while owing me $325 of art, and actually blocked me on the one medium to contact them, and hasn't been active here since April.

I understand you, really.. I hope this artist can appear again soon or something, or you can find a solution for this situation:(

If they do, I wouldn't be able to reach them. I just don't know what to do about the missing money, art, or anything. I want closure of some kind, but know nothing can be done. Really down in the dumps. I cannot even access the server for some reason.

Is there any way to put a stop payment or reversing payment with your bank? Or has it been too long since you purchased the commission?
