This seems like an Anthropomorphic drawing but I could be wrong. Is the YCH in question holding a knife? or is that how the hoof is drawn?

That's a hand with the big thumb up. It is sorta anthro but I cannot yet draw furry faces so it's a pony. Sorry if you were confused
