I am very confused at what I am actually winning if I don't bid 30. Cause with the watermark no commissioner is going to take the piece. So I just won the ability to say I won the auction?
Just remember that regardless of what the description says, the official rules of ych.commishes say that the artist MUST abide by the bid price. If they try to resist, that's a reportable offense.
