I have a question about the skeb style: does "no revisions" include mistakes/omissions in the character as well? Or are those able to be changed if they arise?

If I objectively made a mistake, missed a design detail or color (for example drew character eyes blue when on ref it's clearly red) then I'll fix it, sure.
