So if you wanted to do the whole comic would it paid in parts for the sake of avoiding the payment service percentage upcharge right? Do you know at what amount those kick in?

The percentage of payment from the services goes anyway. Basically, the amount depends on the dollar exchange rate and the currency conversion fee. Installment payment is needed so that those who want to receive the comic and are unable to pay can take it^-^
