I was waiting for a dm but never got it, I'm unable to dm artists when i win their auctions it just says "guest" and the artists never recieve anything I send

Hi, I kind of warned you in you private messages that the character was given to another person who placed a bet before you. I'm really sorry about that. But I didn't want to deceive someone and charge you money for the character that will be given away. However, I have a lot of other characters and thank you for paying attention to this one!
