Hi everyone. I’ve been feeling really unwell since getting back from a trip a couple of weeks ago... Headaches, nausea, and a pretty rough flu. On top of that, I’ve also been dealing with an unusually long menstrual cycle which has left me feeling even more exhausted than usual.
