Have you reported them using the discord? I'm my experience they are usually quick to ban for this

Join the discord from the link here and report it in the 'support' section. https://ych.commishes.com/home/help/ As they deleted the auction you should post any screenshots. I've reported ongoing auctions that were selling stolen adopts before and it usually only takes a few hours for the mods to get them. This site has a zero tolerance for stolen adopts and they will get banned
