I've checked the original listing of the purchase and our conversation and I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere, but it's possible that I've overlooked it so I'd like to check! No no, I definitely understand that I didn't buy commercial use but I've never seen that you cannot resell a design, unless it was specifically mentioned anywhere. It was not mentioned in any text or conversation so I'd never think that that would be the case. I usually never buy designs that cannot be sold again as I don't want them just laying around if I can't find a use for them eventually TuT I apologize and won't sell the design but I really wish it was stated somewhere before the purchase
That is the essence of commercial rights. By reselling a character, you earn money. From now on, I will include this point in the description.
everyone has the right to resell something they bought without buying the commerical rights to it, cause as it states, commercial rights are only for using the character “commercially” now if they were selling them higher then what they got it for, then i would agree there but for different reason.
