Hello! Could you please let me know where it was mentioned that it's not possible to resell the adopt? I've checked the original listing of the purchase and our conversation and I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere, but it's possible that I've overlooked it so I'd like to check! No no, I definitely understand that I didn't buy commercial use but I've never seen that you cannot resell a design, unless it was specifically mentioned anywhere. It was not mentioned in any text or conversation so I'd never think that that would be the case. I usually never buy designs that cannot be sold again as I don't want them just laying around if I can't find a use for them eventually TuT I apologize and won't sell the design but I really wish it was stated somewhere before the purchase
That is the essence of commercial rights. By reselling a character, you earn money. From now on, I will include this point in the description.
I'd say you only reclaim the money that you've lost when you resell the adopt (if it's the same ammount or less than you bought it for) and don't make any profit off of it (you spent 20 and then get like 15 back, so you're in a negative number) but I suppose it can be understood differently by many people. Regardless, sorry if I made you uncomfortable, though adding it to the listing will definitely benefit both the buyer and the seller. Wish you luck in your future auctions ^^
