Hey i have a question, theres another bidder on the auction and I am not sure but isnt it the same guy that won previous auction and did not pay? I am not sure if he just artificially inflates the price

Yes, it's the same person. I do not know what he is trying to achieve or why he is betting. Before that, I thought it was just a bot or something, but now I don't even know.
