Forgot if you mentioned this, but...does the winner of the auction get full character rights, including commercial use?

If you get both the versions, then all rights to the character is yours FOR PERSONAL USE. For commercial use, you just gotta add 50% of the total price (which in this case is $20). That's on my commission info but I guess I should state that on my auctions as well. Thanks for that question, Wolf!
