When that happens to me, I go to the second winner. After following them, I go to their CRM profile where you can leave a comment, and I tag them (for example: “@GIPNOMANAOff the person who won isn’t replying, it seems like it was a fake bid. Do you still want the adoptable?”). I’ve done that about four times because the winners didn’t reply to me xD. I also saw that tip shared on Discord. Sorry if my explanation isn’t very clear, English isn’t my first language.
