Is PayPal running a new scam? At least I haven't encountered this. I received a message saying the funds had arrived, but they were supposedly "estimated transfer" They ended up being in transit for 10 days, never reached my account, and were returned to the customer. The client is accordingly silent and does not respond... in general, be careful
The approximate waiting time is 3-5 days. More than 10 days have passed and the status says canceled, so I have nothing left to wait for. I also can't contact the client either on PayPal or YCH It all seems like I was deceived. I'm also at fault for not carefully reviewing the payment and not noticing the signature stating it was in transit, even though the numbers show it was received. Basically, I don't understand this system It would be possible to mark such payments in a different color.
Yeah, is bad because PayPal decides when to mess with bank transactions and do this, the only notification to the user it's a small banner, the only notification to the merchant is some fine print, and it always takes way longer because it's 3-5 business days ( which does not include weekends or holidays, and Yesterday was a bank holiday in the US). I will say, if the fine print at the bottom of the email from PayPal looks longer than usual, it may be an eCheck. Verify the status, and probably reject the transaction. Unless it's a large amount, it's probably not worth the wait. I'm sorry that happened.
