How much more would the commercial use for small time creators not making money from it?
Well, if you do not plan to make money from it you probably do not need commercial rights. I mean you can use the design for any character after you buy, and people pay for commercial use only in case they want to sell some merch and so on and earn money using the design. But ofc it's up to you. usually i take the same as SB for commercial rights but since you do not plan making money from it, it can be 5$ i guess
There's nothing foreseeable in the near or distant future that would let me make money off of it, but it's best cross your t's & dot your i's ahead of time.
