Isn't this just Queen Chrysalis?

Nope, it just took the colors. This is supose to be a female changelling character, i had the idea of a soldier or someone who would use armor. Heres the main differences: This character has regular pony proportions unlike queen chrysalis who has a thin body, larger neck and tiny face. The outfit is inspired but its not the same either. Its supose to look like a character from MPL an evil changeling , the colors and the holes in the legs are a must for the species :)

If you put them side by side, they're the exact same. This isn't creative at all?
