I've noticed on my phone and computer too, the timer's aren't actually fully synched. So sometimes if it's as close as 3 seconds, it's technically already 'done' but doesn't register it as such. I've had problems like that.

That was briefly my thought as well, but if there's multiple cases of it then there's a pretty good chance it's not just a one time thing. Not that it means it's malicious, but I understand the concern, and if it's happened multiple times then it's a safer bet than going off of just one.
